TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Moviist provides micro-moving, storage, and packaging solutions within Greater London.
All bookings must include accurate details (addresses, items, stairs, etc.) so we can provide the correct quote.
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If additional items or requirements arise on the day, the price may be adjusted.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Prices include two movers as standard (Porter service) unless the Pilot (driver-only) service is selected.

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property (including lifts, parking, and any permits required).
For the Pilot service, you are responsible for loading and unloading the van.
Packaging materials are supplied for self-packing only; Moviist does not pack your items for you.

We take great care with your belongings. However, Moviist is not liable for:
- Items not properly packed by you.
- Pre-existing damage or wear.
- Delays caused by traffic, access issues, or events outside our control.
Optional insurance is available for storage to cover loss or damage.
