These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Moviist’s services, including moving. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services scope

Moviist is a man and van (micro-moving) service, not a full removals company.

We do not carry out:

- Large-scale house removals

- Specialist installations (e.g. plumbing, electrical work)
2. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

By completing payment, you authorise Moviist to charge the final outstanding balance to the same payment method used at booking.

Final charges are based on the total time taken on the day.

A summary of time and total cost will be shown at the end of the job.
3. Customer Responsibilities

All items must be packed and ready before the scheduled start time.

Fragile or high-value items must be securely packaged.

Customers must inform Moviist in advance of:

Stairs
-
Heavy or awkward items
-
Access restrictions
-

If using the driver-only service, the customer is responsible for all loading and unloading.
4. Liability

We take great care with your belongings. However, Moviist is not liable for:

Items not properly packed by you.
-
Pre-existing damage or wear.
-
Delays caused by traffic, access issues, or events outside our control.

5. pricing structure

Services are charged hourly, starting from the booked time.

After the first hour, time is billed in 30-minute increments.

The final cost depends on the actual duration of the service.
6. Changes & Cancellations

Bookings can be rescheduled subject to availability.

Deposits may be non-refundable if cancelled within a short notice period.
7. additional time

Any time exceeding the initial booking will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Customers will be shown the final total before completion.
